seeing as it is australia day, i thought id post about the album that in my opinion is the best australian hardcore release ever, sick of goodbyes by life love regret the newcastle four piece were one of the most intense bands lyrically ive ever listened too. they are about the depression and anger of a breakup and other trying things. this teamed with a equally intense and heavy sound made this band nearly perfect. this cd is perfect from start to finish, legit one of my favorite cd’s ever. they didnt release  anything else after this, but members went on to the dead walk and whit male dominance
